This app has been such an incredibly useful and fun learning tool, used in my sons First grade class. You earn points for reading leveled books, and taking quizzes, and use them to build robots and rocket ship scenes. The only disappointment, to a 6 year old boy, is that once something is bought for the rocket scene, if you remove it, you have to save the points and re-buy it to use it again...I think its a bug, because this is not the case for the robot.

Recently began force closing repeatedly. Cannot finish most books and returning to them results in force closing at the same page every time.

I have downloaded the app on an iPhone 6. All the app is allowing me to do is buy things for my robot and rocket. I cant seem to find the reading part. Also when I clicked support it took me to the website where it told that there was an app. Please help I love the app for my classroom.

This app no longer works with my kids IPad. Only works on newer models with IOS 7 and higher. Not going to buy a new iPad when theirs works just fine. Its really sad that they can no longer read with this App.

It does not work on an iPad mini. Crashes. But works on iPhone. Also, so very very disappointing for a child when they work to earn a prize and it doesnt work. The x-ray goggles with atomic color converter doesnt do anything except make the screen all black, for example. So I have a crying 7 year old.

This is fun because I love reading! Plus Im Roelen.

Still works perfectly on my iPad. Rockets great! If youre having problems, ask if your school network allows connections to kidsa-z.com:443 (they changed this from raz-kids over the summer). 6.5 stars!

My child playing on an iPad pro lost over 1000 points! Very disappointed that this error has not been corrected since others have written about this.

Every time I try to go to the raz rocket its just a gray screen please fix this

After updating to Jan 13, 2016 version, now if you click on Teacher then the student and password. All you get is "Service Not Available"

Ok i have been using raz kids for 3 - 4 years and now im having problems. I sign in to my regular teacher and put my password but when i press go it deletes my spot and I CANT READ MY BOOKS!! Plz Help this glitch.Thx by

When I down loaded the app my daughter was able to use it... But then the next day service not available kept appearing when I tap her name. Fix the issue please my daughter needs it for daily homework.

Updated to newest version, now it says "service unavailable" when I select my childs name.

I love this app and use it in my classroom, but the two iPads I updated with the version released 1/13/16 no longer work. Please promptly fix and then it will be 5 stars.

I had no problems with the app and loved having it on my iPad and iPhone, however, with the recent update it is unusable. It keeps telling me that the service is unavailable. Please fix the bug issues.

My kindergartner was absolutely loving this app. The update on January 13th ruined it all. I get now always get the "service not available" error message. My inquiries to the tech-support folks were met with indifference...
